Complexity and Sustainability analyzes two of the most fascinating and compelling areas of modern social science research. First, the book elucidates complexity theories as a clearly coherent, powerful, transdisciplinary ensemble, including advances in the natural sciences, but focusing much more broadly on major research throughout the social sciences and philosophy. Second, it shows how this complexity framework advances sustainability.
