Description
This work treats its subject matter for first and second year undergraduates insofar as is required for an understanding of lattices and crystal structures. Descriptions are in crystallographic terms so that their space groups, molecular symmetry, molecular geometry and other data are included. Instructions are given for stereoviewing, including directions for making a stereoviewer. Worked examples are reinforced by problem-exercises for which the author has provided extended tutorial notes from his teaching experience.
